I love being able to take engagement photos in Atlanta! There are so many gorgeous places to take engagement photos in Atlanta and as an engagement photographer in Atlanta, I love to showcase the love my couples share. Speaking of love, there are few things are sweeter than Greek Love! My beautiful Soror Nakema, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc & her handsome fiance Kristopher, a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. made me fall in love with them even more after their engagement session!

These two met at a young adult ministry function at their church, Elizabeth Baptist Church. They were actually introduced by their young adult minister and his wife. The couple, who have been together for four years and counting have been inseparable ever since!

The Proposal

On their fourth anniversary, Kristopher decided to pop the question at Atlanta’s Sky Lounge! This gorgeous lounge boasts an AMAZING rooftop lounge overlooking the beautiful Atlanta skyline. Because these two, both from different places, but met in Atlanta, Kristopher wanted the proposal to symbolize as well as commemorate the place where God brought them together. How sweet is that??!

The Engagement Session

Nakema & Kristopher chose a client favorite as the location for their engagement session in Atlanta. It’s secretly one of my favorite places to take engagement photos in Atlanta as well! This private courtyard is the perfect backdrop for their stylish & classy session. For their attire, these two chose two outfits. For their first look, they wore varsity sweaters of their respective organizations. It was the perfect way to represent their greek love. Halfway through the session, Nakema & Kristopher changed into a navy ensemble that of course, I loved as navy is one of my favorite colors! Take a look at the fun and sweet session below!
